![]() ![]() It does have a very minor tingle that is only for a split second on my skin. As I applied it, it felt really refreshing and hydrating on my skin. I found it to smell a bit herbal but it’s very faint and dissipates quickly. I applied this toner solely with the mini Makeup Eraser and found it to spread easily on my face without drying so quickly that I had to use a ton of product. Right now, we are heading into summer here in TN, and with the heat and humidity, my skin can lean more toward normal-slightly oily during these months. Speaking on the product itself, I know BHAs are designed more for normal-oily skin types, however, I can bounce back and forth to a variety of different types depending on the time of year. After I finish this toner, I’ll definitely hang on to this bottle and find another use for it. I’m so used to plastic bottles from other brands that I was shocked (in a good way) when I opened the package and it was such a heavy glass! It feels really luxurious. When it comes to packaging, they seriously know what they’re doing! I love the fonts and graphics they use on all of their products, it’s minimal but says a lot at the same time. Makes it feel like a luxurious product, which I love!ģ - Papaya enzymes, lactic acid, morgina seed extract.Firstly, I want to thank Farmacy for so kindly gifting me the Deep Sweep – 2% BHA pore cleaning toner! I’ve been using this for a few weeks so I can’t really speak on the longevity of this product, only my first impressions during this time. As much as I enjoy doing my skincare routine, at night-time I want it to take as little time as possible!Ĥ - Similar to PC, but what makes this formulation better is that it has a much more pleasant but subtle smell and it's definitely "water-like", which means it absorbs really quickly.ĥ - Comes in a slightly frosted green glass bottle that has a nice weight to it. But my issue with PC is the liquid is a bit "thick" and it takes relatively longer to absorb/dry and has a sticky feeling until it does. ![]() įormulation (How does it feel when applying and what is the finish?)ģ - The formulation of this product is good and it provides some hydration. ġ.5 - Similar thoughts to PC but this is marginally cheaper for a little bit more product. Hope it helps!įarmacy Deep Sweep Pore Cleaning 2% BHA Tonerġ - I'm giving this a one because, let's be honest, this product is wildly over-priced. However, there are still some specific differences for me that means I prefer Farmacy over Paula's Choice. ![]() I use(d) the product every night to reduce congestion/spots and to give my skin a glow. I have oily, acne-prone, dehydrated skin. I've given each product a score, based on price, formulation (how does it feel when applying and what is the finish?), packaging, and key additional ingredients. I'm using a similar review format for the one I did on four different azelaic acid products which I think people liked! I've used both products till they're empty. Has anyone faced this question: Should I buy Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant OR the Farmacy Deep Sweep Pore Cleaning 2% BHA Toner? I certainly have! And I thought it might be helpful to even one person for me to share my thoughts. Posts without a valid tag will be removed by Automoderator.
